Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Our Mission

Diversity is at the heart of Aire Logic; it strengthens and enriches not only our workforce but also our products and services.  We strive to nurture a diverse and inclusive culture from our recruitment process through to delivery. We are continually improving our approach to recruitment, employment and wellbeing of staff from all backgrounds to ensure equal opportunities.

Aire Logic is committed to challenging discrimination and promoting inclusivity. We embrace the Equality Act 2010 and all the protected characteristics listed within. In addition, we also support social mobility and gender diversity. We provide a working environment that is a safe space where every person is treated fairly and with respect.

Our Pillars

External Engagement

We work with different charities to help underrepresented groups develop a career in digital technology. Part of our strategy is to reach out to younger generations to show development paths for careers in digital technology.

Internal Support Network

We run an internal support network with a dedicated channel for raising EDI feedback, suggestions or concerns. We have mentoring programmes available to all members of staff, and work buddies for those joining the company.

Awareness and Education

Each month we select a topic that we are interested and passionate about for discussion and bring experts on different topics. We also attend conferences dedicated to underrepresented groups and disseminate information through our online newsletter.

Embracing multi-cultures

Our social calendar includes events throughout the year where we consider the diversity of the company and staff are reminded of different multi-cultural events, and encourage open discussions so we can learn and understand more about each other. We also use our internal newsletter to post articles about what a day in the life of our staff is like.

Our commitments

The Good Business charter requires organisations to commit to ensure their workplace is an inclusive place to work and have measures in place to encourage diversity and monitor it in ways appropriate to the size of their organisation.

The Tech Talent Charter is a commitment by Signatory organisations to work together to increase the inclusion and diversity of the tech workforce in the UK. Their goal is that the UK tech sector becomes truly inclusive and a reflection of the society which it represents. TTC work at scale, addressing the tech ecosystem to drive change. TTC focus on the how, not just the ‘why’ of inclusion and we bring communities together and support the underrepresented.
